how can typhlosion dodge x-scissor because he is not resistant and he is not evasive

*raichu uses protect and it missed and then it runs forward and uses volt tackle slaming into typhlosion*

*typhy grabs raichu and uses siescemic toss slamming him into the ground*

*raichu sends an electric charge through typhlosion paralizing it giving him enough time to excape and then he pins typhlosion into a tree by rai's huge tail and then uses hyper beam*

*throws a full heal at typhy curing it of its status problem allowing it to counter with its own hyper beam sending riachu into a tree*

nope u use your item then get koed by hyper beam
